It makes sense for me to start writing more about this, and I look forward to sharing more ideas! But before I do, I thought I'd take a look back and spotlight a resource that's already here- my series on dress up play.

I really enjoyed writing this series, and I hope you enjoyed reading. Please feel free to share your ideas in the comments of this post, or on my Facebook page. I'd love to know how your family does dress up!

  1. Great photos and ideas. Looks like they are having fun!

  2. Dress up / Costumes are so much fun for dramatic play in preschool. Many creative ideas show. My preschool students have a Real vs. Make believe theme week and cap it off on Friday with costume day. Some years we get mostly fictional characters but this past year we had a variety of real and fictional characters. http://www.brennaphillips.com/real-vs-make-believe-2

  3. Awesome costumes! I loved dressing up as a kid, but my girls dont seem to love it as much! :( It makes me a bit sad! Maybe they will as they get older! Thanks for sharing! Happy Playtime!

I host a weekly linky Party called Taking Time Tueday. I would love to have you pop by and link up! We are linking up the fun things we took time to do with our kids this week!

  4. I love how this is so boy friendly. I have all girls so I like to see the other side and I bet my girls would enjoy lots of these as well. Just shared on the Mess For Less facebook page. Vicky from www.messforless.net
